Carmine Appice (born December 15, 1946) is an American drummer who is best known for having been a member of: Vanilla Fudge, Cactus, Beck, Bogert & Appice, Rod Stewart's backing band, Ozzy Osbourne's backing band, King Kobra, and Blue Murder. He is the brother of former Black Sabbath and Dio drummer Vinny Appice.

He played on the tour for Bark at the Moon, but not on the album itself.

After playing with Ozzy, he co-founded the band King Kobra.

He replaced the late Cozy Powell in Blue Murder before the recording of their first album.
