The Ultimate Sin is the fourth solo album of Ozzy Osbourne, recorded at Townhouse Studios and AIR Studios in London, England, and Studio Davout in Paris, France and released on February 22, 1986.

This is the second and final Ozzy Osbourne album to feature former Ratt and Rough Cutt guitarist Jake E. Lee and the first and only Osbourne album to feature bassist Phil Soussan. Drummer Randy Castillo, who had previously played in Lita Ford's band, also makes his recording debut with Osbourne.
